- Completing the booking process through our website is one of our many options we offer for our customers. Once your booking is complete, you will not be able to change the slot unless intervention through the management system and according persons.
- At least 30% to pay at the time of booking amount and rest of the amount must be paid before starting the game. Otherwise booking to be treated as cancel with no refund.
- AmarPay is the authorized gateway for our online payment procedures. So any issues that may arise regarding online payments, Amarpay will be solely responsible.
- Any cancelled slot may be rescheduled; the party must inform those authentic official mail/message at least 48 hours earlier than scheduled play time.
- Booking will be considered only on acknowledgement of payment receipt.
- You will report your presence at least 10 minutes before scheduled slot booking time.
- OSZ is not liable for any injuries or accidents while present at the premises. During the game if anyone gets injured, and any further treatment is required it should be arranged on your personal accord.
- Personal items should be kept safe at your own responsibility, OSZ will not be responsible for anything lost or damages to your personal belongings.
- Food and beverages other than water are not allowed. Smoking & consumption of alcohol inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
- It is your own personal responsibility to bring the necessary sports equipment in accordance with the Code of Conduct. Any sports material(s) that are provided from us (OSZ) should be returned after completing the game.
